I've got a few more questions if you don't mind answering. I really like the mod btw.I am playing as Brazil and I got economic malaise modifier. I started from 1946 and that modifier expires in 2006.
Will it stay that way or can it be removed earlier?.The administration efficiency seems to be slowly increasing unlike in vanilla where it increases efficiency within months. Can I make it faster.I think around 1960 I got the corruption modifier which put me in the red. Is there a way I can remove that? This happened after the military coup event.

Perhaps it is better if I clarify what I meant by the Socialist Democratic Utopia that Gorbachev wanted. As far as I know, the USSR already gave up the idea of world revolution by the 1980s with many soviet leaders pursuing peaceful coexistence - though tense with the USA. So Gorbachev utopia wasn't about a world communist state but instead about a perfect USSR state where there was accountability, strong domestic industries and effeciency.
